GTF Tyres manufactures precured treads, bonding compounds and vulcanizing systems built to put fleets back on the road — for highway, mining, OTR and agricultural tyres across India and Nepal.
GTF Tyres formulates and manufactures the materials that retreading shops, fleet operators and dealers depend on — precured treads, bonding gum, vulcanizing solutions and under-tread compounds engineered for consistent mileage and structural integrity, batch after batch.
Every compound is developed with a single goal: give a worn casing a second, third and fourth working life without compromising safety or performance on highway, city, mining or agricultural terrain.
Four commitments that shape every batch we manufacture.
Batch-tested rubber and bonding formulations for uniform performance every time.
Predictable production and dispatch schedules dealers can plan around.
Patterns engineered for highway, city, mining, OTR and agricultural use.
Direct technical guidance for retreaders, transport fleets and businesses.
Certification No. — to be confirmed
Every production run inspected
Peel & shear strength verified
Rheometer-checked curing profiles
Consistent bonding quality across every batch — our rejection rate from retreading has dropped noticeably since switching.
Turnaround on bulk orders is dependable, which matters more to us than almost anything else as a fleet operator.
Their mining pattern treads have held up well under load in a segment where most materials fail early.

GTF Tyres Pvt. Ltd. manufactures the core materials used in tyre retreading — precured treads, conventional rubber, bonding gum, under-tread strip and vulcanizing solutions — supplying retreading shops, transport fleets, dealers and businesses across India and Nepal.
Rather than positioning retreading as a lower-cost compromise, we treat it as precision manufacturing: every compound batch-tested, every pattern engineered for a specific application, from highway haulage to open-cast mining.
Serving dealers, fleet operators, transport companies and retreading shops.
From precision compounding to final curing, every stage is engineered for high-performance retread materials.
Raw rubber and compounding ingredients are intensively mixed under high pressure and temperature to ensure homogenous dispersion of carbon black and chemicals.
The compound is further refined on open two-roll mixing mills for sheeting out, cooling down, and final integration of curing agents.
High-capacity internal batch mixing system designed for masterbatch rubber compounding, maximizing tensile strength and wear resistance.
Pre-warmed compound is extruded through custom precision dies to shape the continuous tread profile with highly accurate dimensional tolerances.
Specialized compounding equipment that formulates high-performance bonding gums and vulcanising solutions to ensure perfect retread adhesion.
Heavy hydraulic presses apply exact heat, pressure, and cure time to vulcanise green tread rubber, imparting wear-resistant tread patterns and structural integrity.
Industrial-scale compounding, calendering, and curing systems engineered for production precision.
Our compounding and retread material production follows standard quality management frameworks.

GTF stands committed to environmental sustainability. At our state-of-the-art tyre pyrolysis plant in Chatta, Mathura, we process end-of-life tyres to extract valuable industrial resources—recovering high-tensile steel wire, industrial fuel oil, and recovered rubber/carbon materials for a circular economy.
Converting end-of-life tyres into sustainable industrial resources at our Chatta, Mathura facility.
Through closed-loop thermal decomposition, we break down end-of-life tyres into raw materials without emitting harmful pollutants.
This process involves heating waste tires, waste plastic products and rubber materials to high temperatures under oxygen-free or low-oxygen conditions to decompose them into a variety of chemical substances. The end product of pyrolysis plant is fuel oil, carbon black, and oil gas.
During the process of converting waste tyre/plastic to fuel oil, there will be no more pollution and solid waste like landfill or burning, and it can meet the environmental standard of exhaust gas emission. The detailed pyrolysis production process is as follows: first, the raw material such as waste plastic/rubber tyre will be heated in pyrolysis reactor, then the waste rubber tyre/plastic will be cracked and vaporize, the vaporized oil gas will go into condenser and condensed into liquid fuel oil. The fuel oil, namely pyrolysis oil, is a good and high calorific value energy. The dedusting and exhaust gas purification system will deal with the waste gas perfectly, just little energy is required to heat the energy, the oil gas which cannot be condensed will be recycled back to heat pyrolysis reactor. Thus, it will save energy and pyrolysis plant operation investment costs.
Watch the Pyrolysis Process in Action
Discarded passenger, commercial, and agricultural truck tyres are collected and prepared as raw material input.
Thermal decomposition of rubber inside an oxygen-free, high-temperature reactor breaks it down into gas and solids.
Recovered carbon black powder is processed and reused as compound filler for rubber sheeting, pigments, and conveyor belts.
Condensed oil vapor yields heavy pyrolysis fuel oil, providing high calorific heating energy for industrial boilers and furnaces.
Clean scrap steel wires are magnetically separated from carbon residues, baled, and sent directly to steel mills for melting.

High-strength cylindrical paper cores for conventional treads & cold cushion gum
GTF Heavy-Duty Cardboard Cushion Rolls (Cylindrical Paper Cores) are high-rigidity winding cores specifically engineered for the tyre retreading industry. Designed to provide sturdy internal support, these cylindrical cores are used as essential rolls for winding, storing, and feeding both conventional tread rubber (hot process) and uncured cold cushion gum sheets during retreading operations.
Constructed from high-density, spiral-wound industrial Kraft paper, our cushion rolls feature high radial strength and exceptional crush resistance under heavy rubber roll weights and tension. Their smooth, debris-free outer finish ensures uniform winding without damaging release liners or distorting rubber compounds, facilitating effortless payout on automated and manual retreading machinery.
